Nothing to see here, just the robots staring to rise up and take control.

Booze, news and views from a drunken opinionated fool who can't spell very well, may well repeat himself, and can't blame it on dislexia
The first appearance of Iron Man, in Tales of Suspense #39 from 1962. Certainly a different look than later years. If only l had more money (and a bigger house). I'd buy loads of old comics like this (as if l haven't got enough).
This has probably been pointed out many years ago, but it's just come into my radar. A Star Wars stormtrooper upside down looks very friendly , or even creepier, depending on your mindset. Either way - l like it.
Toodle pipAdvertising as it should be, back in the day for the sadly long gone Newcastle Riverside club (the old one). From Viz comic.
I've been working hard (ish) but it's nearly time for some days off. To say l am looking forward to them is an understatement, and this will be me me tomorrow afternoon.
This looks great, and if l wasn't such a lazy git, l would be painting my plant pots like this now.
I've a friend (Hello Robbo) who always orders steak when we go out for a meal, and like the knobhead he is, always ends up sending it back as it is always (in his bitter and twisted eyes) over or under cooked. I think l will laminate this guide and take it out with us next time, but l also know it will make not one iota of difference. Myself, the chefs, and others with us are long suffering, but my friend does have many, many issues.
Toodle pipJust as you foolishly start to imagine Donald Trump can't get any tackier in ways to rip off his following, he once again proves you wrong.
What a turn up for the books the last few games have been regarding Manchester City. Absolutely no-one would have predicted so many loses in such a short amount of time, but it's been great, and l for one, am making the most of it, especially as Manchester United have been so crap recently. Being a football fan, you have to clutch at whatever substance comes your way.

Liverpool's Cavern club in the late 1970's - reduced to a car park. This is obviously before Liverpool went Beatles crazy again and re-invented itself again as a Beatles tourist hotspot. Most people in the late 1970's were more interested in the present and the future, and Eric's was much more important a club as far as music fans from the area were concerned. That has certainly changed now.
Well this is one hell of a review! For Sheridan Smith in Funny Girl, a mere nine years ago, but still a classic headline. They knew what they were doing.

Listen here you slag - Manchester City are still a top side and Pep Guardiola is still an excellent manager. Now fuck off.

What an excellent result. Happy days are here again etc (for the moment). It 's just good for the eyes seeing Manchester United scoring for a change (4-0 v Everton). Obviously they are still way behind the top clubs at the moment, but you've got to make the most of lifes tiny pleasures. Not crying with joy, but l do like this picture. Still undefeated under Ruben! (not the Norwegian singer).

Out for a few ales celebrating the glorious Manchester United win against Everton, and a fine time was had by all. The Karaoke was a bit crap though. Couldn't get this lady away from the mic.

I assume (like most people) his choice would have changed on a daily basis, but here's a snapshot in time, with Curt / Kurt Cobain's favourite records. My favourite amongst these is The Stooges 'Raw Power', with The Sex Pistols and Pixies as a close second.

This is probably spot on. Plus Greggs doing himself no favours with his Instagram posts. They're the classic 'How to prove l'm a misogynist while pleading innocence' posts, and he's made a grave mistake uploading them.
It's bad enough that right wing fuckers are on the rise everywhere in Europe without this fuckwit trying to dismantle democracy. He's changed so much over the years and l know someone who worked for him for a long time in a very close capacity, He used to be a maverick genius with original ideas, but the sleep deprived drug taking regime must be catching up with him. It's a shame, but more importantly, laws must be bought in to prevent this kind of interference, before it's too late. Mind you. he could be heading towards heart attack city.
Byline Times were also ahead of the curve - buy it now.
