The wildfires in Los Angles look pretty ferocious, and there are a lot of people currently losing there homes, but at the risk of scoring cheap political points around this, l hope people remember these sort of events when firefighters / police / health workers etc are asking for decent pay, but l'm sure that won't be the case, despite being prepared to pay any amount when desperate. Remember, without the everyday workers in our society, everyone is buggered.

Yesterdays game was pretty damn good and it's the best Manchester United have played for ages. Maguire should have won it for United at the end but still buzzing with the draw. Obviously l watched it and celebrated in my local, as can be seen by my spends below, and it was worth the trudge down in the snow, but it wasn't a patch on the New Years day celebrations (billed on the 2nd). Good job l'm indestructible.

Who could possibly have predicted things would turn out this way? Look on the bright side - it will only get worse, and all the dickheads who voted for this partnership from Hell deserve what they reap. It's going to be one mindfuck of a presidential term for many of his supporters, and the poorer ones will suffer.

I foolishly starated sorting some crap out to re-do some rooms, and l realise now l should have concentrated on one room at a time, as my kitchen currently has boxes full of books, CD's and DVD's stacked in it, and the rooms in question are still a mess.
