I've argued for years that the rich won't just pack up and leave the UK if they are taxed more, and here's some evidence around the reporting to back this up. As usual the right wing press leap upon anything like this to try and prevent extra taxes for the rich, and as usual, they are found wanting, probably deliberately so. The rich like living in London and the surrounding areas, have partners who won't want to move, maybe children in schools, friends and family nearby, and more importantly, the fuckers can afford to pay extra, although they will already have accounts on the case to avoid as much as possible, with offshore accounts, shares etc. Close the loopholes and get them paying their fair due.
