Bob Dylan Tangled Up In Blue New York Version and RSD Test Pressing
I think l love Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks RSD Test pressing with the New York Sessions better than the official version, and it's one of my favourite albums, so that's saying something. More direct and emotional to my old cloth ears, with slightly different lyrics. Well worth the outlay, but currently unavailable on CD (Yes...of course l've got the bootlegs!).

Went to make a sandwich earlier and luckily l was sober, as it looks like my pickled beetroot (Ooer Matron) is a bit off. I foolishly thought it lasted pretty much forever.

BBC TV Gone Fishing Soundtrack
Despite not being interested in fishing, I've loved the 'Gone Fishing' programme with Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse, as it is mainly about friendship, getting older, and life in general. This is incredible. Concert going is going to change a hell of a lot in the near future, including with more holograms, but this is the maddest and most outstanding backdrop to a show there has ever been. Money well spent.
