If Trump ends hostilities and agrees to even half of these demands (which l hope he does), it would have been a catastrophic decision to go to war. Unfortunately, l don't think Netanyahu will agree and he will be trying to influence Trump to reject the deal, as he's been wanting to attach Iran (and Lebanon) for decades. Let's not forget America and Iran already had a peace deal which was much more favorable under Obama, which Trump refused to continue. Remove the kiddie rapist ASAP.
