the slightly overcooked chicken

I fell asleep on the settee while l had the chicken in the oven, and it cooked for an extra hour. I think it's pretty safe to say it was ever so slightly overcooked, and the skin was like pork scratchings. 

Nice though!

And this is what l had for breakfast the next day.  My heart attack should be coming any day soon.
