I wrote about this guy ages ago (but can't be bothered looking up when), but he has turned up in another mugshot as he has been a bad lad. It certainly looks like he would have had a hard life and a lot of teasing/bullying, so it's hardly a big surprise he seems to have gone off the rails. Rather sadly, my dent seems to have healed up.
