I have been in Darlington today for some assessor training at Morton Park. Heather gave me a lift in, but l then had to hang around afterwards as she needed to go back to the Darlington office to finish something off on their computer. Damn! l never thought that one through. Still, l was back by 5.30pm and am now off. l have sent some emails for work this evening, and have to make a couple of phone calls tomorrow (today in fact, as it is already Wednesday), then my work phone will be switched off till Friday evening, and my feet will be up on the settee.As l am off, l am immediately back to staying up late, reading and listening to stuff. My, it's good. About time that bloody lottery paid up so l can retire.
