the reform car - a fine piece of art or vandalism?

When l first saw this picture I thought the car had been vandalised, but it turns out the owner did it himself. I'm actually prepared to help the Reform cause by painting other Reform supporters cars or vehicles so they also look like this, so just give me a call. Trust me, l'm more than willing to help, and l actually did paint cars many years ago, so know what l'm doing.
