Who on God's great and glorious green earth drew this picture, and how in the name of my grannies old knickers was it passed to go on the cover of this 1976 issue of the 'Judy' comic? I could of draw better when pissed up and in total blackness, and trust me - l can't draw. Saying that, neither can whoever did this. A travesty.
