This Thomas Page bronze statue of (supposedly) Bob Dylan looks more like a skinny version of me trying to play guitar after a swim in the UK waters.

big dion
Waiting for the Manchester United versus Liverpool game (Most important game of the season), but got distracted and amazed during the pre match chat at how massive Dion Dublin is compared to the other pundits. Not the first time he's heard that though.

the richard avedon beatles posters
To geeks like me, the 1967 Richard Avedon Beatles posters are some of the most iconic artworks of the 1960's. Here's the posters, plus what they originally looked like. You can still buy originals from various places on the web, but they are pretty expensive these days.
He also did these ones. I'd like them all, but l prefer the ones above.

we are all insignificant
Always remember, our pitiful short lives are insignificant in the great scheme of things, so do what you want, try and be happy, don't worry about the little people, and try not to harm anyone else.
shania mcdonagh art
Ahyper realistic pencil drawing by the rather talented sixteen year old artist, Shania McDonagh. Colour me impressed.
More of her artwork can be found here.
fascisms not that far away
Support the strikers, cut the extortionate profits, and never trust the Tories, especially now they are becoming even more right wing.
ghostly england
Makes you proud to live in this glorious land A man (it's always a man) has been fined for pretending to be a ghost in Portsmouth. 'Arms on the air and saying Woooo'. Excellent stuff.

anthony norcia artwork
This artwork by Anthony Norcia has sixteen circles hidden in it. It took me a while, but once seen, they're so easy to spot you kick yourself for not seeing them sooner.
