Exactly. This isn't a deal, it's theft, and the news outlets that report it as a deal should hang their heads in shame.

Booze, news and views from a drunken opinionated fool who can't spell very well, may well repeat himself, and can't blame it on dislexia
Exactly. This isn't a deal, it's theft, and the news outlets that report it as a deal should hang their heads in shame.

One of my local pubs that l frequent very rarely. What a bunch of rogues and reprobates. Relax ladies, half of them are married.

Imagine if l had taken $10 million dollars from the charity l worked for and laundered it for my own political ads. I suspect l would not be sitting at home typing this, but so many of these rich people face hardly any consequences. Justice is meant to be blind my arse.

More derangement from The Telegraph, encouraging people not to buy China's 'fake' Range Rovers as you'll be 'Betraying Britain'. Who owns the real Range Rovers? Tata motors, an Indian company. Our right wing press is a joke. No wonder l drink.
What a response! Well played. Very well played indeed, and this should become a standard response to Trump's ever more deranged statements.

Footage circulated online showing a Palestinian resident, Ahmad al-Hathnawi, with the number "44" written in black marker across his forehead after being held and questioned.

The Kennedy Centre being at risk of demolition by Trump because he can't get his own way regarding renaming it in his name. This is what America has become. A fascist Mafia dictatorship controlled by a lying, racist child rapist. Remember next time you get a chance to vote (in any country), not all politicians are the same.

Isn't it strange how there are no lawsuits flying Ted Lieu's way from the normally very litigious Donald Trump?

A reminder that we are the only humans in history to have witnessed this. Progress and technology is mind blowing, and yet America has a lying fascist child rapist as president and the far right is gaining hold again across Europe and South America, ignoring the lessons from the 1930's. What a time to be alive.
I know it was huge and chaotic, but l'd loved to have gone to this. The Isle of Wight 1970 festival.

Now this is a newspaper article that speaks directly to me (From The Guardian). Rum Punch ice lollies, and if the weather picks up next week l will be making some and very slowly getting drunk in the garden while reading in the sunshine. Fingers crossed!
A few rum characters in the pub yesterday evening, apparently celebrating one of them being 70.

It might be funny if it wasn't true. Israel have stated if Palestinian children are flying a kite the kites will be treated as weapons. And l don't believe that Palestine Action activists are terrorists. I'm old enough to have lived through the IRA Bombings, and old people holding up signs against genocide should not be arrested in a free country.
I hope the grim reaper has got enough good guys at the moment, as this is becoming way to frequent.
FFS!!! The grim reaper is certainly taking the wrong 80 year olds, however, that makes it 3 out of 4 (so far) in the picture below.......
A report on the first 'Monsters of Rock' at Castle Donington. Look closely and you'll see me in the crowd. It was wet, but l wanted to see Rainbow.
On this day in 1977 The Sex Pistols played Middlesbrough Rock Garden under the name 'Acne Rebble'. The crappy photo of Sid was taken at the gig.

Nothing to see here. Just a delegation to Russia (but not Ukraine for their 35 year celebrations) and posting photographs of himself with an enemy of the USA. We all know what side he's on, and it's not Americas.
Some of my CDs in the spare room. I'm still slowly sorting them out but this is only about half of the collection, as l also have them in other rooms. What's holding me back? Sheer laziness and yet a keen interest in other things that occupy my time culture wise.

My first festival, I hitch hiked there and back, and it was very very muddy. The highlights for me were Aerosmith (who l recorded) and The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, who l loved and still love. Best of the rest? Eddie and the Hot Rods, Lone Star and Thin Lizzy. Tickets £7.50!

This pile of crap was put through my letter box by someone who obviously does not know my views, otherwise there would have been a firm and frank 'discussion' on the doorstep had encountered the leafleteer.
