They've just been in power for 14 years with the ability to pass this legislation, so why didn't they then? I call bullshit.

Booze, news and views from a drunken opinionated fool who can't spell very well, may well repeat himself, and can't blame it on dislexia

Trump's America. Not just repeating the Nazi / Fascist playbook in the lead up to WWII, but partly replaying America's own history, featured here on the front page of Rolling Stone magazine in 1969. Expect a lot more of this violence before Trump dies or refuses to leave the presidency.

Heading to the local for an afternoon meet up pretty shortly, and l've got my outfit sorted.
Compared to what will no doubt be the reality.

There'd have been 84 arrests if l'd have gone. The last time l went (many years ago) it was on my motorbike. I went by myself, had a few too many drinks with the Gypsies (or Travellers) and then rode back. Keith Richard had nothing on me.

If only more journalists like Kristin Welker stood up to Trump and called out his lies. It would especially help if they backed each other up when Trump singles a reporter out and tries to demean them and who they work for, instead of desperately laughing at his 'jokes' and trying to maintain their White House access. Letting Trump spout lie after lie over the years without rigorous comeback has bought us to where we are today. A dangerous world an a man baby used to getting his own way without any repercussions.
Looking at this AI crap, we'll remember them as idiots who ran into the sea, not towards the land. Racist Knobhead.

The response when you're in the pub and admit you've got a large record collection. We've all met them.

Take a bow sir. This is why the rich get richer and it's the poor that suffer the consequences.

One of the internet sites l frequent is 'The Afterword', a music site originally put together for and by old readers of 'The Word' music magazine after it sadly folded. Chat is mainly about music but other topics are also discussed, and most enjoyable it is. If that is your kind of bag, l recommend it. However, l must admit that the users are mostly of a certain age, as evidenced by Shane, one of the participants featured below. Known as Gardener on the site.
This is all well and good, but give me good old fashioned lab tested pain relief when l need it. Thank you very much.

It's almost as if Farage and his supporters have no interest in knife crimes, they are just racist fucks taking advantage of a chance to kick off and feel important despite a grieving families wishes. Also, one of the two arrestees in Southampton has previous for knife crimes himself. You couldn't make this crap up and it's oh so sad and depressing the right wing media lap it all up.
The senile kiddie racist does know that it was just as large under the previous presidents? Doesn't he? Nowadays l'm not so sure.
At one time Russell Brand was a fucked up working class lad done good, who was bright as a spark and witty with it. Since the Andrew Sacks case it's been a gradual freefall, with sexual complaints and charges that are currently ongoing (although he denies the charges and has 'found God'). He's now winding down his UK company and reached the stage where his new book is being printed with Tucker Carson, a man who was famously 'attacked by a demon' while in bed, leaving him bleeding. Tucker mate - we've all been there.
From Chortle.
Boys from the Blackstuff (1978). What. A. Series. Here's when Yosser Hughes meets Graeme Souness. Everyone of a certain age knows who watched it can what Yosser said to him.

As a sad git and fan of The Beatles, l wanted these, but not even l'm not mad enough to pay that much. I wonder if the buyer was (or on behalf of) Mark Lewisohn?
Bugger! If you haven't read (or seen) Persepolis, rectify that as soon as you can. A sad loss.
