Pass me my tiniest violin (again). The Times (as usual) hammering Labour with an 88 year old worried about the mansion tax (which can be deferred until death) while living in a six bedroom house in Kensington, and a 20 year old complaining his £12,000 savings each year may not now be tax free. They're living in an alternate universe to the majority, many of whom are just struggling to get by. On a side note, £4,000 in 1970 is just over £33,000 today. Imagine trying to buy a six bedroom house in Knightsbridge for that amount nowadays. No wonder people are getting priced out of the housing market.

I like fast, energetic, blues based music and it's a night out, so fingers crossed it will be good. I certainly expect so, and double Jack's and Coke should help, but if not, l know who to blame (God).
