As usual, l'll be off to Richmond soon for the Whit Bank Holiday Pissup (Unofficial title). It's a tradition around this neck of the wood, and it will probably get messy. Hopefully the rain will hold off, but who cares, l'll be wearing a pub most of the day.

The Reform party called for a national strike and protests against the Labour Party government yesterday. Well played everyone. Couldn't possibly have done more. Why weren't these protests and strikes all over the mainstream media? As for the Anti Nazi and far right protesters that outnumbered the Reform  supporters in every major city, they are all traitors to our once great and glorious land of milk and honey (before the darkies and illegals moved here), and should be imprisoned. It's all a cover up! Trust no one! Replacement theory! Children eaters!

the waterboys - a wild and beautiful ride dennis hopper documentary

Well l must say, The Waterboys in Stockton last night was much better than l expected, as l hadn't seen them for years, and l knew they were going to perform a load of new songs about Dennis Hopper which l didn't know. These however, turned out to be excellent, with magnificent visuals to match.  They also played plenty of my favourites from all those many years ago, although no Savage Earth Heart, but that is a minor quibble.

woops! - missed the wedding!

I was pretty tipsy after the FA Cup final yesterday, and was dropped off at JT's bar on the way back home, which l thought was pretty full, and only stayed for one more drink. It was only when l got up today and saw social posts earlier that l realised l had missed the wedding of Mark and Ian! They also handed me tickets for free drinks and food but l still didn't realise. What can l say? It was a messy day, but my mate left his phone in the taxi home, and still can't even remember getting home, so it's all relative.
