a handy guide to british corvids
I've got some of these bastard Jackdaws nesting just outside my bedroom window. Not good in summer time, as they are noisy little gits as soon as the sun starts rising. However, l also feed them, so it's partly my fault.
Toodle pipgillian keegan update - more tory corruption
When will this corruption ever end? It's like they are trying to milk every single penny out of the public purse and distribute it to family, friends and donors. A lot of them would be in jail if they weren't protected by their position, wealth and backing form colleagues. It rotten to the core, and it stinks.

jordan henderson - not doing it for the money
Despite the fact Jordan Henderson is ex Liverpool, l feel a bit bad picking on him for being two faced and taking the Saudi Arabian money, after his stance supporting the LGBTQ community, because at least he did support them at a time when hardly anyone else did. However, this is clearly about the money, as he would have had lots of other options to continue playing, at many other clubs and countries, and let's face it, after playing for Liverpool for years on footballers wages, he won't exactly be on the breadline. Plus, l agree with this statement from Christian Hewgill.

gillian keegan doing a fucking good job
Our current Education Secretary (the sixth in two years). She is also quoted as knowing about the problem and saying 'Sit on it for two years and it will be someone else's problem'. Probably meaning Labour. Rishi Sunak blocked the cash, (after the Conservatives had already stopped Labours school rebuilding during the coalition) but at least he gave a bottle of wine to a school fundraiser

large owl wanted
I think if Mr Parrot kicks the bucket, l might have to get myself a large owl. This one looks ideal.
schools falling apart
Schools currently at risk of falling apart. What a time to be alive. Of course this will have nothing to do with the fact when the Tory / Liberal coalition came to power, they cancelled the school building programme. People have short memories.

prince andrew and the bbc
The BBC even having to ask this question. Obviously the Royals have plenty of lickspittles working for the press, but Prince Andrew can buggger off (and that's being polite). A poorer person would have been locked up by now.

the rspcb get stuck into the government (sort of)
Well doe to The RSPCB for getting stuck into the current government regarding it's environmental protections (or lack of them). It's great that institutions such as this actually do their job and raise their heads above the pulpit and point fingers at those responsible. Hurrah!!!! More please!!!
Thunderous applause all round from this neck of the woods

not caring about some air traffic chaos
I'm more than aware of all the air traffic chaos going on at the moment, especially as close friends have just been stuck at Heathrow for 36 hours after returning from The USA. However, l really could not give one flying fuck about this. Cue the worlds smallest violin.

david lee roth in unfortunate accident while looking cool
Way back in the day, I bought the Van Halen debut album that this poster was given away with. I loved the album (Still do) and thought David Lee Roth was one of the most charismatic and athletic frontmen in rock, summed up perfectly by the poster. I didn't know at the time that he broke his right foot by catching the mike stand on his landing.
Still looked cool though.
Toodle pipthe cost of old rolling stones bootleg albums
I'm well aware of the rising costs of vinyl albums these days, and know there are a lot of chancers out there trying to take advantage of the market, but this is just taking the piss. It's two copies of an old album l want - The Rolling Stones bootleg 'Welcome to New York', available at the moment on eBay. I'm going to keep on looking and am prepared to wait for a (much) cheaper one.
Obviously l already have it on CD and recent vinyl copies with different covers, but that's not the point. I want this album with the William Stout cover.
I am a very sad man.

hugh hefner hard of hearing due to viagra
I wonder what attracted the beautiful young lady to a man 60 years her senior who laid down so many rules, and surely (don't call me Shirley) they've missed out on a 'Hard of Hearing' joke.
At least he's permanently stiff now. It's what he would have wanted.
