I have just been looking at the BBC news website, and there is apparently a stand off between Raoul Moat and the armed police. My brother in law is in the armed police, may well be at the scene, and l hope to God he is not pulling faces like the copper in the photo, who also looks like he is holding a toy gun (although l am guessing it is a taser).toodle pip
